Te Ara Tuuhono – Kaupapa Maaori ACC navigation

Help Maaori and whaanau navigate ACC and entitlements.

Te Ara Tuuhono helps whaanau have a better, easier experience when dealing with ACC. ACC can feel complicated, so we walk alongside you, explain things in simple language, and help you understand your rights and the support you may be able to get.

Our service is kaupapa Maaori, free, and we work as a regional partner to help deliver this service. We support whaanau with new ACC claims, existing claims, and any questions about what ACC can offer. This includes help to log a claim, check your entitlements, understand your treatment options, and work through any issues. Our role is to make the ACC journey clearer, fairer, and more connected to who you are and what you need.
